Letter of Intent
We are committed to conserving both our resources and those of potential grantees.
Small Grants: We require that organizations that have not received funding in the past three years submit a Letter of Intent.
Large Grants: Any organization that wishes to apply for a large grant must submit a Letter of Intent.
The Letter of Intent (no longer than 3 pages) should describe your organization and the purpose for which funding is being sought. Please include the total project costs and the requested grant amount. The Claneil Foundation will notify you by mail as to whether or not a full proposal will be invited for consideration.
- We do not accept email submissions! The Letter of Intent must be received as a paper application in our office by 5:00 p.m. at the of the business day (or next business day if deadline falls on a weekend):
December 15 for the Spring Cycle
June 30 for the Fall Cycle
- Only one letter of intent, regardless of result, may be submitted per calendar year.
- Letter of Intent should be addressed to: Mailee Walker, Executive Director.
