Community Fund grantee organization Healthy NewsWorks engages hundreds of Philadelphia-area elementary and middle school students each year as health reporters by working with them to produce accurate and relevant health publications for their fellow students, families, and wider school community. The capstone project each school year is the Leading Healthy Change In Our Communities book, which features a variety of leaders whose work is positively impacting community health.

The 2019 book is available to read online and includes interviews with fellow Claneil grantees Megha Kulshreshtha of FoodConnect and Nancy Dung Nguyen of VietLead.
